Charlie Hustle from The Still
Ingredients:
1 oz. Cinnamon spiced infused JP Wiser’s deluxe rye whisky
1 oz. Unfiltered apple juice
½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
½ oz. Clover honey syrup
4 ½ oz. Wood chuck granny smith apple cider (add after shake)
Build: add all ingredients into mixing tin, except for the wood chuck granny smith apple cider! Add ice and shake vigorously. Now add 4 ½ oz. Wood chuck granny smith apple cider into mixing tin, and strain over fresh ice.
Glass: English pub
Garnish: skewered cinnamon sugar apple slices
